Welcome to Legacy Church. Our lead pastors are Pastor Chris and Jessica Lewis. Chris and Jessica have a combined 46 years in ministry experience. They have served in many capacities in the local church. Most recently, God has used them as campus pastors in New York City and lead pastors in Southeast Texas. Chris and Jessica are thrilled to be back in Georgia and are excited for the vision God has given them for Legacy Church. "We know God is about to explode His kingdom in our community. This is a unique time in our nation for the local church to minister at a new level. We are expecting the miraculous.", says Pastor Chris.
Pastor Chris and Jessica have a passion for helping people reach their full potential in Christ. In their free time, they love spending family time with their three beautiful children, Justice, Ashlyn and Ezekiel. They love traveling, doing things outdoors and cheering for their favorite sports teams.
Pastor Chris graduated from World Harvest Bible College in Columbus Ohio and holds his license and ordination. He and Jessica love investing in marriages and families, they love discipleship and have a passion for going after those far from God. They believe in doing ministry in excellence and are committed to investing in Legacy Church and the community around us. Team work makes the dream work.

Legacy Church is a non-denominational, life-giving, hope-filled, faith-building new church serving the East Atlanta area from Covington, GA. Legacy Church launched it's first service on Easter Sunday 2021 and is having a blast serving Newton, Morgan, Rockdale and Walton counties. Legacy is a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural church that is driven by worship and the Word. Legacy believes in thinking outside the box of religion and embracing a creative delivery of the uncompromised Gospel. We are passionate about shaking a city for the Gospel of Christ. We believe that no matter your season or situation, God is able to bring a miracle to your household.
We are not called to keep the hope we have to ourselves. We are called to share it with the generation after us. We are called to leave a legacy! What good is church if the generation that follows falls away? What good is the freedom of generational curses being broken if our kids and grandkids pick them right back up.
